This store is the worst they are so disrespectful and don't wanna help people that literally have things going on in life and trying to pay them at the same time they don't take consideration of others and their problems they just wanna get a check.

These first representative who handled my mattress was amazing which made me want to order again so I did well this time it was for a sectional for just a penny down ( I had no problem paying if it was more but keep in mind I’m going off of what my contract stated as well as the website). Well, it said I have a payment of 40 something odd dollars coming out my account on 9/02 so when the rep called he stated that I would have to pay an extra 140 down then he lied and said it was on the website well I looked and nothing so I called back to anyone but him well he answers and has the nerve to get an attitude and speak to me like he lost his mind. Sir, you need to quit your job and go into something that fits the lack of personality you have. I cancelled my order with a smile. My mattress will be first and last item I buy.
