Dangerous and Unprofessional Behavior"Employees from this location traveled nearly 90 miles to my home in Westmoreland County yesterday (May 4th) and committed a violent breach of peace. While I was inside caring for my family before I could even get back to the door , they yelled my old last name and kicked my front door with enough force to leave permanent black marks.I have clear video footage of the employees and then one running away when he realized he was being recorded, along with photos of both men and their vehicle. This is harassment and criminal property damage. I have requested all future communication be via email only as I no longer feel safe with these individuals on my property.If you value your safety and property, stay away from this location. Corporate has been notified.

I ordered on 1-1 and today 1-7 it was supposed to be delivered. I waited till the end on the delivery window to call the store and ask for an ETA. Was told that no matter if it was dark I would get it today. I expressed that I have children and asked if it could be here by 7 and I was threatened with my order being canceled. I said please dont and I said that I was being very understanding from the beginning. He, the store manager at Newmarket told me no and that he was canceling it and hung up on me. Now after a full week I now need to figure out how to get my money back and a washer and dryer. Very rude, disrespectful and disheartening.

Payment was do Saturday and I was ill , I made my payment today at 2:30 pm as soon as I got home. Around 6:45 someone is banging on my door and ringing my doorbell like they are the cops. I’m trying to get down the stairs because I’m on crutches and I have to yell hold on. When I get to the door I’m now very frustrated because I see their truck out front . I crack my door and tell them it’s already been paid ! I close my door and the guy yelled you don’t have to be so Rude. As he was walking away my son was walking up the sidewalk and heard this guy say some very unpleasant things about me. Sir you have it messed up I don’t need to rent from you I chose to rent from you. I’ve never like returning anything to anyone but after this interaction I’m going to consider doing just that. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with the heavy set African American guy with a beard at this location , I’ve had many accounts with this company but this location is wearing thin on my nerves.

My payment was due Saturday 7/5/25. Today is Wednesday 7/9/25. Why are you knocking on my door after I explained I could make the 40$ payment this Friday. This is very distasteful and I will never do business with company again. That is disrespectful. I could see if I was a month behind, hell even 2 weeks, but 4 DAYS is absolutely absurd. My landlord even gives me a 5 day grace period before calling me.

Edit[this review is for the victory blvd portsmouth store]It would've been a five for the most part,but one particular associate really disrespected me in the phone about missing one payment week because of my check being late & that soured me on dealing with your store, because I've never not paid my bill. If I'm late I have no issue of paying the late fee because I'm late ,but thst young fellow disrespected the hell out of me over that payment. He wasn't trying yo hear anything I had to say other then "will I be making a payment today?" That's not how you treat your real customers that pay their bills.
