This store is the worst they are so disrespectful and don't wanna help people that literally have things going on in life and trying to pay them at the same time they don't take consideration of others and their problems they just wanna get a check.

If I could give zero stars I would We gave back a bed one week before payment was due not to mention we were quoted a price and then after receiving the bed they tell us a whole different price then wanna get an attitude when I tell them they need to refund what they unlawfully charged our account Then says oh I was gonna process the refund until you got upset Say whaaaattttt so you steal my money then you wanna say I got an attitude yes I do bc you stole money Don't do business with these people they are super shady

Definitely give this store customer service a 1 star, the delivery men were very nice & came quick to do their job, but as far as the staff in store answering the phone very rude. They hung up in my face twice, when I called back to tell them I’m coming in store because they keep hanging up on me they took that as a threat and told me they were going to call the police on me. Very rude. After one missed payment they go straight to the court house saying I refuse to pay even when I told them I will pay them when I get paid , they insisted and told me to go sell my body and ask family/friends for money.

These first representative who handled my mattress was amazing which made me want to order again so I did well this time it was for a sectional for just a penny down ( I had no problem paying if it was more but keep in mind I’m going off of what my contract stated as well as the website). Well, it said I have a payment of 40 something odd dollars coming out my account on 9/02 so when the rep called he stated that I would have to pay an extra 140 down then he lied and said it was on the website well I looked and nothing so I called back to anyone but him well he answers and has the nerve to get an attitude and speak to me like he lost his mind. Sir, you need to quit your job and go into something that fits the lack of personality you have. I cancelled my order with a smile. My mattress will be first and last item I buy.
