Sometimes they treat people awful when they get irritated with their jobs. What I disliked was them confusing the situations and not taking responsibility for the frustrations they create themselves.

From the moment I walked in to the time I walked out, I was greeted by a friendly face with great customer service and found the reclining couch set for my new apt which will be delivered the next day! Quick and discounts were given because I rented and paid off from that same Rent-A-Center location before! Wonderful service, great selection and if you can't find it on their display floor, they'll help you order it online and have it delivered within a little over a week! I will continue to do business with these amazing people!

The store manager Vinny has been nothing but rude, hostile, difficult and abrasive since I started my rentals through RAC. I’ve actually never met this man in person but my first name clearly reveals my ethnicity and it has been nothing but problems when I am forced to deal with him. He actually has shown up at my house 3x already in the past 10 days - the first time I was only 9 days late with my payment as I was waiting for a response from the RAC Benefits plus team (which I never received). He’s been to my house 2 additional times since then in the past 7 days. I’ll be reaching out to the corporate office about my ongoing experiences with this man and to see what options are available to me. I’m too far in to my agreement to just surrender the merchandise but he makes my life harder every time I have to deal with him. I won’t EVER buy anything thru RAC again, and I’ll tell everyone I know to stay clear of this company.

I have 3 running accounts with them. They are quick to get me what I need. Even over the phone cuz I work so much it's hard for me to go in. They get me going and fast! Helped me out so much. They do.whatever they can to accommodate my situation. And my payments are easy and they are cool when I have to call them in. Would recommend the store on Central by the churches. The staff there are awesome!
