Sometimes they treat people awful when they get irritated with their jobs. What I disliked was them confusing the situations and not taking responsibility for the frustrations they create themselves. My children will never purchase from here and now that we have money, I'd rather buy outright and definitely not from a dealer like any Rent A Center in Albuquerque.

They explained everything clearly, helped me find exactly what I needed, and worked with me on a payment plan that fit my budget. The store was clean and well organized, and the delivery was fast and right on time. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and how easy they made everything from start to finish. I am absolutely furious about a recent experience with Rent-A-Center. While my fiancé and I went to the store to get our daughter some diapers, they sent a man to our home, where my sister was watching her niece, a toddler. This guy started banging on our screen door, peeping into the apartment, knocking on the window, and trying to listen in by getting close to the front door. He even jiggled our screen door knob! All this because they were chasing us down for a payment of $130? I tried calling their store number multiple times to have a little talk, but I was met with no answer. My sister explained that she was startled by this, and so was her niece. No matter what, this man is a stranger to my family, and just because he works for the company doesn’t mean my family is obligated to trust this stranger and his intentions. I get that some people might fall behind on payments, but that doesn’t justify this kind of bullshit practice when it comes to collecting. It shows a complete lack of professionalism. Rent-A-Center needs to take this seriously and change how they handle these situations!
