This place is a joke. Went to rent bunk beds. For grandkids but got. One that had parts. Missing. Told them I’d still. Rent. If ordered parts. It’s been two weeks. Still no parts. Told them to come get. It Told me they would. Get. Today. Nope. They like jerking people around.

I agreed to payments online and put a down payment down. Store reached out to me and wanted to make a big deal about a Saturday delivery and also asked how much I wanted to invest into the couch but couldn't tell me what they meant by that. I told them cancel the order and requested my deposit back. RAC corporate said I'd have the deposit back in 7 days as well email me the cancelation, as of now no one is answering my call and I still don't have my deposit and it's been 7 days. Looks like I'm getting ahold of the BBB

Looks like I'm getting ahold of the BBB

The staff was very nice and helpful. We needed a fridge and these were on there way to deliver it before we left the store and went above and beyond having to remove doors and physically lift it . They even put the doors back up when they were done . It was a pain to get it in the kitchen and these guys were awesome !
