Was having problems with the Rent-A-Center website which was unresponsive. Finally the main manager at the Arsenal street store was able to figure out solution. I do believe the website that Rent a Center switched to definitely needs some improvement as the store employees do not have power to fix and have to deal w/a customers frustration when it is unresponsive. I would rent w/them again.

Best rent-a-center we've been to, they are so sweet, accommodating, and understanding! I want to shout out Shawn specifically, if I could I'd give him 10 stars! He's always thorough, understanding and makes everything easy!

I can't afford much and $36(+)/months first my budget. It's a nice alternative to spending a couple hundred on an unknown from an individual. I'm internet illiterate and hit some bumps but was able to finish. Thank you.

They did a great job at replacing my washer and dryer both after my dryer went up and having the lid sensor went bad on the washer. There team installing them this go round was much better and they were more worrisome about making sure my water hoses weren't leaking from the back of the washer. Very thankful for the service they have provided.

We currently deal with them. And to be honest... They're the most annoying company to go through. If your payments are made weekly. The day the payment is due, they're right on the phone calling you asking you what time you're going to be in. And heaven forbid if you're late by a day, they will call your phone nonstop until you bring in the payment. And just because you don't answer their phone calls. They call every single one of your references. And let them know you won't answer your phone. Or need to come in that day and make a payment. They're very annoying and not very understanding honestly. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.
