Bad customer service and employees would recommend Aarons a lot better than RAC honestly

I would give no stars but it's not an option. Earlier I went to rac website found a switch 2 for a penny and I placed the order after verification. I was instructed to call the store. Eventually I ended talking to the manager. He was rude confrontational. Kept telling me different information that was on the website. Said I had to pay 2 weeks upfront. No delivery was available but the website had stated it was. I do say caution with this store.

Bad business and deceitful...I placed an order for a clearance item they called me told me it was ready and when I showed up supervisor jacked up the price by 175! Waste of gas waste of time been with them 3 years but after I close my account I'm done..stay away!! Across the Street is EZ Furniture way better prices way better furniture go there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!

I’m a. 36 year retired teacher and lived here for 65 years. So as to say I’ve purchased from a lot of places but never with the caring personal attention from a staff like from here. Every single person gave me the best advice and help. You need to be very proud of these fine people in this store. Oh and also the delivery men!

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM ..... The manager "Gilbert" is not only disrespectful but is completely unprofessional. What manager gets on the phone and burps in the customers ear. Gilbert had the nerve to tell my wife the only reason she called the store a lot was because she liked talking to the staff. Did he not once think it's probably because the equipment he provided on a lie saying everything was new which it wasn't. The bed completely smelled like smoke and stained. Apparently not new. The washing machine they delivered didn't work and at this point has stayed locked with clothes inside. clothing is damaged. The dryer never worked but decided to try to blame the customer. He would rather call my wife a lair instead of taking responsibility. He has scheduled appointments that he never showed up for. The entire time the equipment has not worked but still continues to bill the customer. Everything this so-called man has said has been a lie. He is a terrible representation of the business. Gilbert you're a thief and a fraud. AGAIN, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. To treat a customer like this is terrible. To treat the wife of a Veteran who fought for this country in this manner is unacceptable.
