Jasmine was very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. The process took less than 30 minutes, I had my couch delivered to me within the next 3 days of my first visit. I highly recommend this location. They are amazing!

Canceled my order so fast! The gentleman I spoke with was very unprofessional. He kept clearing his throat and sucking knot down his throat the whole conversation and could not give me any information I was asking for. I got told one thing dealing with online I signed my documents and gave a card for file and then was told on the phone what the internet told me was not correct and I should go thru the store itself. Well I get that but why give the the option to go through online services uploaded the documents being asked for and putting your card on file if it’s not accurate. I had better service going through Aaron’s and that’s who I will continue to do service with. You don’t suck your knot down your throat then get upset with me for me telling you that disrespectful and told me I should call later to speak with someone else then.

This store is absolutely the best hands down shout out to Jasmine and Jerrica and the whole team they got the best customer service nice friendly and they go out of their way to get you what you need

I was told I would be getting my furniture delivered to the store because they didn’t have it in stock. I was told no later than the 17th of March. I have not gotten not one phone call from the store. She made it very clear that I don’t call that they would call me, but yet I called and they don’t know anything about the furniture or when it would arrive. This has been the worst experience I had since renting from rent a center. The worst customer service I’ve even had in all. This is the rent a center in Tarrant AL.

The manager at the Huffman store that helped us was amazing! She was best service we received in a long time. She didn’t make us feel bad for asking questions or changing our mind. She helped us the whole time and never rushed us! We will be back to do business with her! Thank you so much

I would have given the store 5 ⭐️ but there is a male employee who is not professional at all and sometimes who you hiring to run your company matters!! But I want to brag about Jasmine she is a great employee and she truly knows how to talk to her customers! I am someone who has been a loyal paying customer since like August of 2024 and after Christmas just put me back a little and I didn’t have all of the payment! Well there was a guy on the team that just didn’t care to stop and listen and look at my pay history and see I’ve been making my payments and I had half my payment but not all and he was ready to just come pick up my things he was like well come get your stuff when you have the money. I mean just rude telling me he not jumping no bridge with me I mean just wrong, and he is the one star yall didn’t get!!! I asked to speak with Jasmine and she helped me she was so professional and understanding and she helped me keep my things and as soon as I got money I called her and made a payment. So if you go speak with Jasmine because she is the one that will help you!! Thank you Jasmine for your help!!!
