They are liars and thieves we made to separate purchases and they without our permission or knowledge they combined the 2 tickets and all of a sudden our payment became 92$ more and then returning the one purchase they wanted both items claiming we made no payments for months now mind you the items value was $200 this item should have been paid off by now they were not putting any payments that we made on it so it looked like we didn’t pay for it. They’re rude and they harass

So far online was ok. Haven't spoken with anyone yet even though you advertise everything online. Not sure why I can't just pay and have my order processed. We'll see what the excuse/reason is tomorrow I guess

Terrible, Rude, Incompetent, Thieves... Should be a NEGATIVE star... On 9/27/2022 this business deducted $19.41 from my account but I was unable to complete and sign my contract. I advised the gentleman at the store on that day but he did not help. I apologize as I do not remember his name but he's the one who mouth breather.... He did so LOUDLY over the phone....He asked me to spell my name. And when I began spelling using the phonetic alphabet out of habit, he interrupted me and said, "You don't have to do all of that. I know you trying to be professional but you can just spell it." I told him, "I am not TRYING to be anything. Clearly if you could spell CHIQUETTA, you would have not asked." I then began just spelling my name with alphabets only and his incompetent self STILL got it WRONG. So THAT took an additional 3 unnecessary minutes. He tried to run my application AGAIN and asked for my SSN. I told him that I had done all of this already and they had already deducted the money from my account. He told me that he was "trying to help me". How is doing ANOTHER application helping me when I SPECIFICALLY told you the issue was with me being able to sign the contract??? I told him that I no longer wanted the air conditioner and that I would wait for my refund. On 9/29/2022, someone else called me from Rent a Center and I explained the ordeal to them as well. I still have not received my money back.

OMG! NEVER EVER E.V.E.R. DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION! ESPECIALLY BILLY! I have been a customer for two years. Never had a problem till I got a new job and had to change payment from weekly to bi weekly. To avoid any late payments I ASKED Billy to come and get my merchandise for a week so I could stay on track and he could bring it back. He says, "No Mrs. Perry that's too much work. Since you're such a valued customer I'll give u that week and you'll be fine. " I go, "Great! That's cool but you're sure I'll be ok that way?" "Absolutely ma'am. No problem." He blatantly lied to me. And for SEVEN months and STILL counting I've being harassed about that one week that Billy supposedly took care of for me. He has come to my home like he's a u.s. Marshall and I'm a drug king pin. The most ridiculous sight I've ever seen in my life. He sat on my couch like he lived here and gladly accepted my money but STILL hasn't taken care of that week I REFUSE to pay simply on principle now. I know moving forward I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to spend they're HARD earned money so Billy can puff vaporizers on the job and come to your home like some sort of enforcer behind a funky week HE was supposed to take care of. Stay FAR FAR F.A.R. away from the RAC in Forestdale.
