I had a few Amazon returns and chose this Rent-A-Center since it was closest to where I live. I arrived about 10:40 Wednesday. I did look up the hours ahead of time but did not recall seeing they didn't open till noon on Wed. So I was very surprised when I went to the door and it was locked. I knocked; a woman pointed up but I didn't know why (I was supposed to know she was pointing to hours posted high on the door). I knocked again and a guy with a name tag "Drew" came to the door. Instead of saying, "I'm so sorry, I know you made a special trip here, but if you come back at noon (which I would have), we'll be glad to take care of you", this guy yells, "If you are going to name call, don't come back!" (He said I said "idiot"; if I did, I was upset and didn't need to be scolded!) I tried to explain I just wanted to make a few returns and he again yelled at me to not come back. I urge anyone who has Amazon returns or needs furniture to NOT go to this store. They are VERY rude and care nothing about how to treat customers!
Taliesin and Kevin did such great work and were very respectful. Definitely recommend them.
Lawrence is great he helped me set up auto pay when I forgot and was very helpful!
The staff here are honestly some of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve met. Even when I wasn’t at my best and was rude during our first interaction, they still treated me with respect, patience, and kindness. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that the process was smooth. I truly appreciate their professionalism and how they turned what could’ve been a bad experience into a great one. Highly recommend this location!
Every single crazy request i made during my lease was answered with, "sure we can do that for you no problem"... Impeccable customer service the whole time. Whatever you're paying them, pay them more, seriously. Give them more money
The nicest salesman ever. But Drew was the rudest salesman I've ever talked to he talked over me and then hung up on me. I called back and he was so rude he just said manager isn't in till Friday and hung up again. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.
