If you want to furnish your house, this is the best place. The manager is very friendly. Nilton is a good person.

This place has really went down hill since A.W and Kenneth left. A.W was always on top of things and I didn't have to wait months for an item to be delivered! This new guy Jon doesn't even come close to the customer service A.W provided. I don't understand why he was sent to another store.

Avoid at all cost they will beat your door down. I hate I ever purchased from them and when done paying them off I'm sure I will never use them again may still send it back tired of being harassed after I tried to give it back and have them come pick it up. Customer service sucks and they will set you up to be screwed the worst ever.

The worst! They don’t work with you at all! Been paying off for 18months straight with no problem. I ask for 1 extension and was denied. Aarons is definitely better

They sold me a beat up bed and told me it was half the price, I’ve been paying on the bed ON TIME every two weeks FOR A YEAR. I asked for an extension for 2 days because of a new job new pay period and they call me threatening my husband and I. Not professional at all. Kenneth is terrible and rude. And will show up to your house trying to take your belongings a day past due.
