I want to say that the associate Misty just done an outstanding job. She is a fine example to how employees in the service and / or retail service workers should be. Thank you for being a great help and doing your job with professionalism and kindness. Great job

Been a customer for a year, haven't had any issues until here recently. Had some events happen to where I could not pay for the week but told them I would double up the following week and was told they had no grace period, that either I pay or stuff gets picked up. Also been paying on a broke. TV for almost two months. Have reached out to them and went up to the store to have something done but no one has fixed it. Finally fed up told them I would not be paying on it and they were sick to set a pick up date to get it back but can't fix it. Won't not rent anything else from here again. Poor customer service, can't even get the manager to call me back. Save the hassle and go somewhere else that's not in it just for the sale.

I’m in the store every Friday making my payment and Marty and Ricky always make me feel like family and if I have any problems they take care of my issues and get the resolved quickly

Once again, double charging me. Been a reliable customer, this is the second time this has happened, but they don’t see the issue. Yet my bank statement shows a double charge… will have 1 star unless this gets resolved. **EDITED** Marty is the man, always making things right, I appreciate the help !
