Please do not return Amazon packages at this location. They do not give a receipt, packages are lost, they cannot perform the return transactions correctly and customer service is horrible.
Rent a center is by far the worst , they steady calling , cant get a day extension on your late payment , ALWAYS TRYIN TO HUAL SOMEBODY TO COURT lol and NEVER GET THEY STUFF BAKCK OR MONEY , so I never knew the point in that lol waste of your time and peoples.. AARONS IS SO MUCH BETTER!! AVOID RENT A CENTER , at least Aaron’s dont take people to court and have 3 different ways to pay.. the delivers are lazy , Q is worrisome & Nilton think he doing somethin with taking people to court , like yall need a better business service or something . DONT RECOMMEND!!!
If you want to furnish your house, this is the best place. The manager is very friendly. Nilton is a good person.
This place has really went down hill since A.W and Kenneth left. A.W was always on top of things and I didn't have to wait months for an item to be delivered! This new guy Jon doesn't even come close to the customer service A.W provided. I don't understand why he was sent to another store.
Avoid at all cost they will beat your door down. I hate I ever purchased from them and when done paying them off I'm sure I will never use them again may still send it back tired of being harassed after I tried to give it back and have them come pick it up. Customer service sucks and they will set you up to be screwed the worst ever.
The worst! They don’t work with you at all! Been paying off for 18months straight with no problem. I ask for 1 extension and was denied. Aarons is definitely better
