The gentleman I spoke with was a new employee but he was quick to ask his Supervisor for assistance to make sure I received all documents I needed to sign. I signed them all. Now just waiting to find out when my furniture will be delivered. Also... Couch sectional I ordered is cute BUT I told the rep the couch I REALLY want is "out of stock" but he assured me I would be notified when and if it is ever available again and I can use the payments I already made on THIS sectional towards the one I REALLY want which is AWESOME 😎. THANK YOU!

We LOVE Rent A Center!! They are always so helpful and Blake is SUPER at getting us deals and working with us! I’ll never go anywhere else! We got our couches and entertainment center and today we just got our bedroom set and dining room set. So happy and thankful for them at the Dexter store! You walk in and feel like you’re at home.Thank you guys so much!

I paid my 3 dollar for the first week promotion. But it isn't reflecting on my account. I also paid for my furniture to be reserved for me. I didn't get my furniture for 4-5 days after reserving it. Upon receiving the furniture I signed my contract. The issue is I had my couch set for 2 days and I am being asked to make my payment. I already paid my first week payment had my couch for 2 days and it's asking me to make my first payment again 🤯😡😡😤

The Manager At The Dexter Rent-A-Center has no customer service at all on the phone! I know the rules for Rent-A-Center I know that I am allowed to have payment plans especially if if I can’t pay the full price upfront when He thinks I need to! Even when my bill is on the first week of every month! Basically what he did was cruel and pressuring me to pay the full amount upfront the same day! He wouldn’t even let me pay some of my bill today! He basically said if I can’t pay the full amount every month then I need to turn in my items and that he/we or whatever are not going to allow a couple of weeks to pay the rest of my bill! If there are others who experienced this at this store with the manager this kind attitude should not be tolerated at all! Not all the employees there are like this! There ones there that work around all kinds of situations including mine where if I am lucky enough to pay the full amount on the 3rd then YAY! But there are times when I can do a partial or part of payment!
