The manager Damione is a complete waste of time to talk to. He called me before the store was even open wondering when my payment would be in. Lots of back to back calls and text while I was at work. Absolutely no customer service experience. Even tried running my card on file without consent.

I had a really good experience with Rent-A-Center. Ernestina and her team was helpful, patient, and explained everything clearly. Anytime I had a question, they were quick to respond and made sure I understood my options. Delivery was smooth and on time, and the furniture came in perfect condition. I really appreciate good customer service, and they definitely provided that. I’d recommend them if you’re looking for something affordable and easy without all the stress.
