Rent-A-Center

Rent-A-Center is a wonderful place. They have taken really good care of me over the years. I love to employees to the stores I've gone to. Most of the employees have been really awesome. They work with you and they've always made sure to have the things you want and they do take care of you. I definitely recommend them.

Overpriced on everything. The couch has giant gaps that everything falls into, the metal frame hurts, the back tips when you get up, the cushions constantly have to be pulled out, and the biggest complaint is I can not lay down on it. Not even a month and I'm demanding them pick it up and take it off my agreement. I refuse to pay for something that just plain is a giant waste of money. To lease a 65"Samsung ultra clear TV it's over 2000 with RAC. I have just bought my own from Walmart for less than 400 brand new. I was hesitant to give RAC a chance due to hearing multiple people describing that RAC has sent sherrifs the very day of a missed payment and one person has had their landlord harassed for payment. Other than the exceptional customer service I'd highly advise to NOT do business with RAC. Called them this morning to confirm they'd be picking up the couch and TV. Got a call around 2:30 telling me to just keep it. I said nope your picking it up today. Your not sticking me with something I clearly don't want. Idc if I'll be refunded or not since they clearly refuse it anyways. I want my business done with them and I will not be a future customer. Update: as of March 29th Rent a Center reported to my credit of an installment loan and I called the store to get documentation proving that the account was closed and demand my refund for the two weeks I paid to have the items but had them removed on March 17th. The manager refused to give his name, was rude, refused to give me documentation to dispute with the credit. I am now on hold with corporate to report the constant issues I have had with this store.

I want to Shout out to Isaiah at the Seneca store. My washer broke a couple and I was washing clothes in the tub for my kids every day. And I applied at rent a center LAST NIGHT! And Isaiah and the his co-workers Had a brand new washer and dryer set in my house 5 PM. I've never had some this nice. Really did truly helped me in a time of need. Can't wait for my new stove to come tomorrow! Thank you for giving me a chance!

This is the best rent to own store in town they are very knowledgeable and friendly. They have great prices on alot of different products,they are very helpful and go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Jose the general manager is always willing to try and make sure ya get the best service for ya money

Well honestly I had no problem with them until now!!! My husband had asked for two months to be put on our account and they would always loose it or come up with hey you gotta by something else to get added to the account initially when we didn't wanna buy any more stuff! Well when me and my husband decided we wanted to take our stuff back they wanted a payment while collecting the stuff we were renting from them!! So in that case if we we're gonna pay another payment would of kept the stuff!!! So then when I was on the phone with the lady she carried on catching a attitude with me and first of all still a customer and don't apperiacte being treated like crap so this is why I won't be coming back!!
