If you're looking for a good rent to own company to go to this rent a center on n13th street in Wichita Heather and her staff are so great and know how to deal with people if you don't mind me and my family it s more like family

I will be completely honest I dislike that I've been waiting almost 8 months now for my brand-new washer and have been stuck with a loaner machine and the customer service is poor no communication whatsoever even after contacting district I was called back one time and never called again the store that I am renting to own from doesn't communicate with me at all. The only time I was called was to be spoken to about New deals from that store instead of contacting me about whether or not my washer had been repaired. At this point in time I feel like it's counterproductive since I only had the washer for a week when at this point they could just give me a new washer instead of having me pay for something that I do not have that is being repaired.

We were renting a bed from here and we had to jump through so many hoops to get the bed in the first place. They told us that the bed was going to cost a small amount a month and even gave us something saying that. We went to pay the rent on it and they gave us a extra hefty price and we showed them the paper they had gave us before and they acted like it was fake and they didn’t write it. They basically called us liars. We ended up giving the bed back because the price just kept creeping up more and more each time we went.

Got bold face lied to. Was told I was on a red flag list after dealing with a whole bunch of hoops to rent, got told to drive down there which is a far drive then got there. And the VERY RUDE lady Kimblery told me I was on a red flag list for been associated to someone that was associated with someone that rented their 6 months ago and said no other renter a center would rent to me in Wichita .. called up another rent a center and they told me I was not on any list and would rent to me. :)

Got my memory foam bed thru them and it was the best thing I have ever gotten from them and I can sleep forever when on this mattress. I have gotten TVs and bedroom sets but never a memory foam and I am told they are the top of the line and now I have one and love it! The people there are very friendly and never push you into buying no more than what you came for and I like that alot.
