Austin has to be the rudest employee here! Spent 2 weeks trying to order a new washer and dryer with zero help and no call backs. Laughs at people and hangs up. Told me he has customers in store and didn't have time to help me on the phone. Used rent a center for 10 years now spending over 10 housand of dollars and now I'm moving to Aarons rent to own. I will Never use use them again!

I think Austin needs better management skills learn employees are not always right

Will not rent from them again employee makes a mistake (daisy) then the guy (austin) manager will say he was sitting next to her the whole time .. never once was a apology just straight his employee was right ... Lacks communication and customer service

Made me feel so incredibly unsafe I had to move my belongings to ensure I wouldn’t be harassed and berated the way I was. When I asked for a copy of my contract they refused. Employee Austin hung up on me multiple times and refused to assist me. Service was so bad I had to contact the district manager and two other stores, who were so willing to assist me, and ensured me that the people I came in contact with “love getting customers angry.” Edit: I requested a call back from the district manager and never got one. And today I got a fake letter in the mail where Austin Brooks PRINTED his name at the bottom in pink pen. LOL.

Been with this store for over two years and when I say level of customer service has gone down it has. The store manager is just about money he will lie to you and not do anything about it. What was the true factor and light for me is how he treated my wife when she was rented from him he told me one thing and told her another. Then calls me up and have the nerve to say to me that he notice that the relationship changed between us and I say oh hell yeah you damn right you lied to me about a deal we had worked out. Ever since that conversation it’s nothing I really have to say to him cause he’s a liar and he will try and make you out to be the liar by saying that’s not what he said. The other problem I have him having all these different people come to my house twice and sometimes 3 times a day. Austin really has gotten besides himself and needs to replace cause I can see this store being sued by the way they are going by way of doing things under his leadership and harassment that you get when you can’t make a payment on time or when you late.
