Go to a different store. This location is unprofessional and engages in deceptive business practices. Despite clearly communicating and confirming late-payment arrangements, I continued to be harassed. This experience was unnecessary and unacceptable.

We had a washer and dryer set delivered on Tuesday, the delivery guys did not test , when we went to do a load we couldn't get the tub to fill it is stuck on drain , I called the store spoke with Hana, informed her of the problem. But told her I was going to work on making sure machine was level first and I would call back on Wednesday after work if I couldn't get it going correctly. A not really my job delivery guys should have done that . But I did it anyways. So today I left work early to make sure I had done everything I could do before calling and my hope was to call them early enough the might be able to send someone or come up with a solution. The gentleman who answered said he would have to call me right back . I waited an hour and a half no call so I called them again. He statement was he got busy well that is not what I want to hear . A. AS A NEW CUSTOMER AND LESS THEN 24 HOURS AFTER DELIVERY THE WASHER DOESNT WORK . B. THAT IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . C . BOTH WASHER AND DRYER WERE DIRTY WHEN THEY ARIVED AND THE 2 GUYS SPENT 30 MIN CLEANING THEM IN MY DRIVE WAY , THE DRYER LENT FILTER DIDNT GET CHECKED WHEN I PULLED IT THE LINT WAS A FULL INCH THICK AND FELL TO GROUND IN A SOLID PIECE, I CALLED BACK TOLD STEVE TO PICK UP HIS JUNK WASHER AND DRYER A.S.A.P ILL TAKE MY MONEY ELSE WHERE I DO EXPECT THE FIRST PAYMENT TO BE RETURNED TO ME .

WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! Bought a washer and dryer within 20-30 mins after delivery we started a load and water started pouring EVERYWHERE. I immediately call rentacenter. The lady I believe named Tammy says well they said they checked everything well clearly NOT. I put down every single towel I have in my house and the water is all over in multiple rooms. They say they can’t have anyone come back for a couple of hours. Then told me it wasn’t their men’s job to clean the water off the floor my mom is here and she can help me.mind you I am 7months pregnant. My mom and I both have a 25lb weight limit. So I’m supposed to move the washer to clean up the water. How is this not your guys responsibility?! They were a couple of hours late to even deliver and didn’t even call and tell me they were going to be late. I am beyond mad. Dealing with this store has been a joke from the beginning. We did the process online and was told the store would be reaching out to set a delivery date and they never call 2-3days go by so we call them. Most unprofessional store or anything I’ve dealt with. They didn’t connect the drain hose my mom ended up being the one to fix it.
