I ordered in the morning waited all day I finally call and was told they never got a response to the question would you like it today my response was that would be awesome a few hours later I messaged them to get ETA so I could step out no response later I call and told they never got a response from me they going to miss Ian.

I have been a long standing customer, and have always had exceptional customer service from the Bath, ME location, they are Always friendly, courteous and understanding! I refuse to go to any location but Bath.

I recently needed a special recliner for a family event and reached out to the Bath Rent-A-Center. They were so kind and accommodating and kept me up to date on everything via text messages and had the recliner delivered right on time. I highly recommend them and hope to use them again in the future!

We went in to ask questions about getting a new bed. We didn't want a set just a bed and possibly a frame. The sales person kept pressing us about getting a whole set. When we informed him of our budget he continued to run back to the computer and try to make us a deal until he told us we would have to settle with a used mattress. My husband and I left without any purchase and very frustrated.
