It was promoted to me as a discounted first payment, but I was giving a full bill without a discount and he’s trying to give me a discount if I order something else through y’all. And is charging almost if not double the price of the actual device

When I tell you this lady up there her name is Dean she is the worst lady ever!!!! She’s rude nasty and thinks she is better than customers after she gets your money she’s so rude if I could give no stars I would. Worst customer service reporting her to the better business bureau hopefully she looses her job this is ridiculous

Terrible business practices and unfriendly would not suggest going through them, in the last months of aumente they try take your stuff if your late even an hour for payment. Also some how have technical difficulties when trying to pay online during the last months, very unprofessional wouldn’t recommend

I have been a paying customer for numerous of years..RentaCenter have a team of workers who are knowledgeable and very familiar with their products. The workers have compassion and shows respect to their customers. I am pleased to be back. Thank you Rent-A-Center for having such quality products.

Wish I could give this location zero stars. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. VERY poor customer service. The manager Anthony is the worst of them all. Doesn't think anything of hanging up on customers. Whole staff lies. Staff will make payment arrangements without talking to the manager first and then same day manager will go back on it. They don't communicate information correctly to delivery crew so they tell you one thing and the main store something different. Called with a problem about items rented was told would receive a call back and never did. Called about a payment change got told would receive a call back and again never did. Crew will demand to come in residence even with potential COVID case basically laughted at potential COVID exposure. Overall worse experience ever. corporate won't do anything basically the manager can do anything without risk of getting in trouble.
