This has been the worst experience of my life. Was called and asked for additional fees after original agreement was already signed and paid for. Paid additional fees and waited an entire day for scheduled delivery just for no one from the store to call to tell me the delivery wasn’t coming. Called the store myself to learn it wasn’t coming and the supervisor was the one who was supposed to call me but never did. Finally I had a chance to review my updated order that was manually entered by the in store rep in the portal only to realize the in store rep I have been speaking with ordered me an entirely different device than what I had ordered myself. Now the store is closed because I waited on them all day and I’m stuck waiting even longer because the store is closed tomorrow too to fix an agreement that I’ve now spent over 100$ on that’s still wrong and now for a completely different item then I was expecting. At no point in time was I ever informed I was no longer getting the slim PS5 and was now only being sent the basic one. And you wasted an entire day of my time making me stay home for a delivery that was never actually expected to arrive.
Bryson and Anthony actually were incredible. Super informative, chill and helpful. Great customer experience. --- Update: Washer dryer combo never arrived. Called many times. Can not get call back. Disputed my charge.
We put in an online order and never heard anything back I had to call them. The manager signed me up for a date taking more of my money. We found out we needed to add my husband on because of an income requirement. We did. Delivery date is set for Wednesday and no one ever come. Apparently there was a problem with income verification. They didn't tell us. On Wednesday no one came and we heard nothing. We had to call a third time only to have the assistant manager we spoke to ignore us after he was supposed to call us back. We call back again and the girl at the front tell us. "Yeah he's gonna give your money back and said you can go somewhere else." We weren't rude or mean at all. We just wanted to buy a washer and dryer and this location and that impossible. Terrible experience. After 4 phone calls I am now just out about $100 for 5-7 business days and I have no washer and dryer.
Great spot to do business with. No issues. Anthony works well with his customers on promptness and quality. This was a good experience. I will recommend them to others that need their services!
This rent a center is one of the best places I've e ever done business at. The sales people in there are also great, Let me not forget The store manger Mr.Anthony.. is top notch, he's very kind, also he's a great person to conduct business with... No doubt about it .I've furnished my entire home with this rent a center on summit Ave in Greensboro NC. I will do the same thing over and over again.. this rent a center should be voted number ONE. I send a huge shout out to Anthony for always being a great business person...
Appliance doesn't half work and l get down ti my last two payments and they want to treat me like shhhh. Went to my home after I was approved by manager Elsie i can pay the next day. These people play too much and know how I feel about pulling up at my home putting neighbors in my business. I never had an issue with communicating with them and yes.terday they got brand new on me
