Bryson and Anthony actually were incredible. Super informative, chill and helpful. Great customer experience. --- Update: Washer dryer combo never arrived. Called many times. Can not get call back. Disputed my charge.

We put in an online order and never heard anything back I had to call them. The manager signed me up for a date taking more of my money. We found out we needed to add my husband on because of an income requirement. We did. Delivery date is set for Wednesday and no one ever come. Apparently there was a problem with income verification. They didn't tell us. On Wednesday no one came and we heard nothing. We had to call a third time only to have the assistant manager we spoke to ignore us after he was supposed to call us back. We call back again and the girl at the front tell us. "Yeah he's gonna give your money back and said you can go somewhere else." We weren't rude or mean at all. We just wanted to buy a washer and dryer and this location and that impossible. Terrible experience. After 4 phone calls I am now just out about $100 for 5-7 business days and I have no washer and dryer.

This rent a center is one of the best places I've e ever done business at. The sales people in there are also great, Let me not forget The store manger Mr.Anthony.. is top notch, he's very kind, also he's a great person to conduct business with... No doubt about it .I've furnished my entire home with this rent a center on summit Ave in Greensboro NC. I will do the same thing over and over again.. this rent a center should be voted number ONE. I send a huge shout out to Anthony for always being a great business person...
