The manager are very nice ppl and I will help the with the washer and dryer I want I will continue coming here thank you guess 😊

These people are trash. I paid two months in advance for a bed for my grandma who was recovering from a broken hip. On the day of delivery, it came up that she may need a specific hospital bed instead, so we almost did not take delivery. We took it because we were assured that I would be refunded for the weeks we didn't use since we did not know how long she would need it. My grandma needed the bed because she couldn't go upstairs, so we were told even if we had to return it in a few days (while we figured out a hospital bed) I would just be charged for the week and would be refunded for the weeks we did not use it. My grandmother died and we returned the bed after just a few weeks. After calling several times, Rent A Center's store manager told me today they do not do refunds. Clearly I was upset over this, and he continued to threaten to hang up the phone and not help me. I asked several times what they were going to do about the situation, he kept saying "nothing". After the third or fourth time I finally hung up the phone and will dispute this with my credit card company. Stay away from these people. They lied just so we would take delivery.

Andy and anthony were extremely helpful I was worried about finding the best price and they helped me fine something in my price range. They were very professional and understanding. They reassured that it was the best price they could give me. And any time that I have had deliveries it was Jacob and trey that deliver I hope to see those polite young men again!

The AC is on full blast and it was amazing cuz it was so hot outside! Super friendly staff. They're very informative and helpful. And if they don't have what you've found online they will go out of their way to get it for you. When they delivered everything they were very clean, careful, and respectful
