great experience here, experienced manager but new to this location. was in and out with minimal hassle, and the product I wanted. 20+ year rent a center customer here. if you're always on the go like I am it's nice to get things done quick. Anna is great, can't go wrong with this location now!

Kathy needs to be fired immediately. And this place needs to be sued. Rude staff, customer paperwork isn’t right, kept getting phones calls and I tried telling them for the 3rd time that I am not the Danielle they are looking for and they called me a liar and I’m not even a customer..

They made several charges to my card and still haven't returned my money. The camera was used and full of tears, and they said they couldn't lower the price even though it was used. The saleswoman was also quite rude when I said I was going to back out of the deal.

Female sales rep was awesome upon purchase - and worked with me in a humane manner - So this one star rating is a direct reflection of their store “manager” Adam who lacks the empathy and communication skills to speak kindly with the clients who PAY his bills. I just asked a simple question on options for people who need extensions, and he goes on to tell me you only made 2 payments and I will need to get “my items “ on Friday. I never even said that I wouldn’t pay lol - the guy is on a power trip. Very unfortunate and unprofessional I paid for MY items today & won’t be renting anything ever again from this location as long as he is the big bad manager 😂

Rudest female sales rep and manager I have ever encountered. Read my review from Lynnwood, this place went downhill FAST. Will NEVER use RAC again in my entire life, purely based on my interactions with 1 woman and 1 man that were more interested in being right, than actually keeping/gaining a good customer. I have VIP/Diamond status and could've gotten 4 weeks free with zero down, but their insistence on being 'right' was more important to them. Was trying to charge me for an item I that I didn't even possess yet! Terrible, horrible customer service. So bad, that you took a 5 year, DEVOTED RAC customer and forced them to go to Aaron's. Shameful, really. Tsk tsk tsk

Manager hangd up on you for asking questions and cancels your order. When you ask a question they have problems answering. Just rude all the way around. Do not reccomend this specific store to anyone!
