First off they will be going out of business really soon. My partner went in to get a sofa they said it would be delivered they forgot to get all of our paperwork to move forward they waited the last minute. I Reschedule two days later which ends up being today, August 13, 2026. The lady who called me back was very very rude. I end up cursing them out and they can keep the couches at this point after reading these reviews I see they are overcharging people and they are rude. I think they need to go out of business so people should cut them immediately. Thank you.
Clean store with really nice employees, who were super helpful. I was there for the Amazon pick up but had never been to one of their establishments prior and they were kind enough to fill me in on how they benefit and serve their customers. Neat concept with an impressive assortment of deals and items. They had furniture to electronics and more. Maybe check it out for options to make improve your space without breaking the bank outright.
Nothing but issues from day one. Had a special for first weeks rent so I picked out a bed set for my kids and used the special. Then made another payment before it was delivered. Then they wanted ANOTHER payment for before they would deliver. Set up auto pay and they set it up for the wrong week that I don't get paid on and now I'm told they're uncomfortable changing my auto pay or working with my account well I'm uncomfortable with you having my bank info as well. I asked them to come get the bed and I'll just return it I don't want to bother doing business with them if theyre uncomfortable working with me and she asked if I was bringing the bed back myself she also told me I can just put a hold or block my bank card if I'm concerned about the funds coming out on a week I didnt want i shouldn't have to do all that if you guys just adjusted my due date to when I get paid. Its scetchy being treated so bad when you'd think they want your business and money
great experience here, experienced manager but new to this location. was in and out with minimal hassle, and the product I wanted. 20+ year rent a center customer here. if you're always on the go like I am it's nice to get things done quick. Anna is great, can't go wrong with this location now!
This store has changed so much in such a short amount of time! I came in looking for the newest MacBook and honestly didn't expect them to have it since it was just released this year, but to my surprise… they did! The entire process was incredibly fast—I had everything set up and was walking out the door in about 20 minutes. After reading some of the older reviews, I was a little worried about how friendly the staff would be, but those concerns quickly disappeared. Anna, the new Store Manager, and her team were welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. It's clear this store is heading in a great direction, and I'll definitely be back for future purchases. Highly recommend!
Kathy needs to be fired immediately. And this place needs to be sued. Rude staff, customer paperwork isn’t right, kept getting phones calls and I tried telling them for the 3rd time that I am not the Danielle they are looking for and they called me a liar and I’m not even a customer..
They made several charges to my card and still haven't returned my money. The camera was used and full of tears, and they said they couldn't lower the price even though it was used. The saleswoman was also quite rude when I said I was going to back out of the deal.
