Rent-A-Center

Unfortunately they weren't able to help with getting my laptop 💻 for my online courses that start next month at SWIHA in Tempe Arizona. I more than qualify, it's just that my address is not in their services. They were perfectly polite and respectful and explained it clearly and genuinely felt remorse for not being able to help. They recommended a competitor's company, which is the only company in our area. 55 mins. SW of Las Cruces.

Not sure how this Rent A Center has 4 stars because the service here is a joke. Fernando has a nasty attitude and zero professionalism. I even tried speaking with the manager, hoping things would improve, but he clearly did not care either. That says a lot about how this place is run. The staff here desperately need customer service training because right now they act like they are doing customers a favor just by showing up. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Called twice and was lied to twice never called called back or came to replace my dryer called Aaron's rental they are bring me out a new do not rent from this company lied to me

Ryan, Brian, Brandon, Brandon, or whatever you call your selves. You’re very rude and do not now how to treat a paying customer. I just can’t believe how rude they’re at Rent A Center on main. Junior if you’re supposedly the manager? You’re terrible too! Now I have nothing left but to go to corporate. Mrs. Carrasco

I rented a loveseat and chair I was about three days late after I spoke to them and let them know I would be in to pay. Then they text me a picture of a document of criminal charges if I don’t pay or return item when I had already spoken to like two different people. RAC truck was passing by my house daily never stopped and no one got off and knocked I have cameras set up all over and get notification on my cell when one of my camera is triggered so no one ever bothered to come to the door as they claimed they did. I was even outside a few times when they passed thinking they are finally coming to pick up the furniture but nope they drove on by and I sure as hell aren’t going to chase them down. So I talk to someone yesterday for like the 5th time in the past week in a half and told them to come pick the stuff up yet again cuz I do not want them no more especially after they threaten me. So again today I get a call from them yet again stating they need to Schedule for pick up since I’m a week in a half late. Ugh I told that guy they really dont communication with eachother they are suppose to come today as it was already scheduled. So if and when they come today they will have one hell of a time getting it out the front door as when they brought it in they had to go through the garage cuz it wouldn’t fit through the front door and my garage since then is very full with my dads estate stuff and no where to get though 😁 can’t wait to see how they try to fit it through doorway without damaging my door frame. Cuz then they will be paying to repair it as I will hold one of the items until it’s repaired.
