From start to finish with the Clarksville RAC on Providence it was a great experience. Alyssa went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and the two gentlemen who both delivered and picked up the bed were so professional and polite! I would 100% recommend this store and plan on using them again.

Normally I have loved this place in the past because through COVID they have been very understandable and helped me A LOT. However I called in because my payment was 2 very different totals from 4 days ago and it confused me. I don’t know what point the store manager was trying to make by telling me “the bottom line is, if you can’t pay we will have to come pick it up” so at this point I’m frustrated because I NEVER once said I wasn’t paying. I was CONFUSED on how there were 2 completely different balances within a 4 day span and she couldn’t even tell me. Way to go customer service. I cannot wait for my washer and dryer to be paid off so I don’t have to deal with this company anymore.

Staff was nice, but bored. Maybe if corporate would make reasonable pricing people would actually come in. They didn't have what I was looking for unfortunately but due to no fault of the store employees.
