Jeff and the other staff were incredible to work with. This was a huge success for my clients and I to stage their home.

So far so good. Can't use my switch but they're working on it now. They've been fantastic to work with. Very accommodating and polite!

Zero stars Complete scam operation, they promise one thing then make you sign something completely different. We are never using them again, I am actively boycotting and pursuing legal actions as I’m writing this. Unbelievable…
If I could I’d give this zero stars, for the sake of being able to leave a review I’ll give it one though. Literally do not ever go to rent-a-center…ever…I know this should be obvious, but in desperation when we moved in we went there because we needed a couch. I was told that if I paid for the insurance on the couch that I could literally call them at any time for a replacement at no cost. She literally said that if I spilled koolaide on it and wanted a replacement they would do so- come down the line, I have 6 payments left and they said it’s only covered if an internal mechanism is broken and the girl denies ever telling me that. Trash.

We purchased a very expensive tv from them and in total spent close to $2,000 for it. While we were making payments on it we had a really good experience. Especially want to recognize Megan who usually answered when I called to pay and she was the absolute sweetest and most amazing representative for them. Now the reason I am only giving them 1 star is because my husband medically retired from the army and we moved to Florida. In the moving process the tv we bought from them was damaged and we have been going through another nightmare process to file the damage claim. The screen was cracked which we were told was irreparable. Through this process we needed Rent A Center to fax a copy of our agreement and the company we originally were filing with said they didn’t receive it several times and I believed Rent A Center had done it but the other company was a very bad experience. Needless to say we ended up going through someone else to file the claim and unfortunately needed Rent A Center to send another copy to this new person. When I was contacting Rent A Center to have these sent I was dealing with someone named Jeff. Now after the first few attempts with the other company Jeff seemed to be a little irritated and sounded fed up with our requests. Now today I called because we are finally getting through the process and we were just told we need them to send something proving we finished making payments and everything is settled for our balance. I called this morning and Jeff was very rude and had a very distinct attitude and stated “we have been trying to accommodate you I don’t really know what else you want from us” and proceeded to put me on hold before I could really explain what I needed, this hold was because the store was full of people. Now personally I understand if you have people okay a hold seems normal but if you answer the phone you should at least let the person explain exactly what they need and not be disrespectful with an attitude. I ended up hanging up and calling back later on my way to work. As soon as he answered my call I explained I simply need something showing we have paid everything off for the tv, he asked for the name on the account and put me on hold again. Now this time it went from about 3 minutes of their hold music which is someone talking about cell phones and renting stuff from them to ringing which lasted for about 2-3 more minutes after which the call was disconnected on their end. Then when I proceeded to call back no one would answer the phone and I am almost positive it’s because they recognized my number. I feel that way because I had my husband call directly after and they answered his call. According to my husband Jeff was once again rude and stated that we have had them going all over the place sending things and my husband said he does not care. We simply wanted good customer service because we have already been going through a horrible experience with the claim itself and Jeff only made it a worse experience. The only good thing about our experience with this Rent A Center was Megan when we were still making payments on the tv. Very dissatisfied with the overall customer service and experience.
