Delivery was not on time and I get a phone call for payment the day payment was due without giving me time to pay
Dear Rent-A-Center Management, I have been a loyal and excited customer for quite some time. The team at my local store has always been helpful, patient, and professional, which is why I have continued to do business there. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. I am not sure if there is a new manager or what changed, but he was very unpleasant and condescending toward me, a loyal customer. He also showed a clear lack of phone etiquette, which made the conversation uncomfortable and unprofessional. It seems as though he is allowing the store manager title to go to his head, and that attitude is affecting the quality of customer service that Rent-A-Center is known for. I was simply trying to address a misunderstanding with a promotion I was told I had earned but never received. Instead of listening or trying to help, he only asked if I had a date to pick up the items, completely ignoring the issue. Interactions like this push away loyal customers who genuinely enjoy doing business with Rent-A-Center. I hope higher management will review this matter and ensure that the respectful and welcoming atmosphere that customers appreciate is restored. Sincerely, A Loyal Customer
I went to this store yesterday and they are INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR HOME INFESTED. I brought it to their attention they knew about it and still have no problem selling you furniture. Absolutely disgusting I’m calling the city on them!!!!! BUYERS BEWARE COCKROACHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My husband ordered a GE refrigerator and we received the wrong one, plus it came damaged. I took pictures to send to my husband so he can let them them. They told him that the correct refrigerator would be delivered Monday, well it's Tuesday and NO refrigerator and the damaged one is in my living room. Real quick to take already 2 payments

The quality of the items I’ve received has far exceeded my expectations, and everything has worked flawlessly. A SPECIAL SHOUTOUT TO THE WHOLE DELIVERY TEAM—they were prompt, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. But the exceptional customer service doesn’t stop there. The store manager, Raphael, at the 678 N Wilson Way location in Stockton, is truly remarkable. They consistently demonstrates friendliness, effective communication, and a genuine desire to assist customers. The follow-up process is impeccable. The entire store is awesome, well-organized, and inviting, contributing to the outstanding service experience. The staff is professional, courteous, and easy to work with, making shopping a pleasure. It’s absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend this store and will definitely refer.
