Good experience. Filled out paperwork online and picked up in store. The manager, Hugo, and his assistant were very personable and good at what they do.

Spoke to an amazing sales rep named JESSE… he took the time to truly listen to my requests. I am currently looking for an apartment size washer and dryer and An office desk and he took the time to check the inventory. Unfortunately we discovered that RAC doesn’t have them nor do they carry them. Please recognize JESSE for their amazing customer service!! Thank you Jesse!!

First, the store on E. March never return phone calls from messages left on voice mail or assurances from the manager. I was supposed to receive a washer and dryer on Thursday, then Wednesday, then Thursday again, but no show. Manager and a female associate lied about calling references, spoke poorly of a longtime friend of 40 years and lied about not contacting her. It's obvious these people working at this store are incompetent and lie to cover up their incompetence. My situation mirrored others who complained about the service at this store. I've already spoken to corporate and hope they put in people who know what they're doing.

Alma and her team were amazing! I spent majority of my day browsing for a king bed set and was glad that I came back to Rent A Center on March Lane! I was looking for something aesthetic with a chic, boho aspect. I had a budget but also wanted to purchase something that I really love and wanted. Prior to coming into the store, I was already browsing online on their website and came across a king bed set that caught my attention. It had everything that I wanted such as the night stand, dresser with mirror, and lights on the headboard! Even tho that specific bed set wasn’t available at their location, Alma was able to show me other styles that I might like that I thought were “decent” but ultimately, she was able to transfer the exact same bed set that I originally wanted with a discounted price to fit my budget! Financing was quick, easy, and not a hassle! I also liked that they offer free delivery and installment creating such an ease! I would definitely recommend taking advantage of the 90 day; same as cash price payment option. Overall, it was worth the wait and patience was the key for the day’s success!
