I’m almost completely certain that any stars they are given above 1 star is a family member or friends because there just isn’t no way this place will get above a 1 star rating. If I can give a 0 then they would get that. I have been approved for the past 4 months and I have been trying to get at first a ps5 and the lady said they only had a used one I said that was ok then she never got a hold of me I called the guy said he would have Lexi call me back in which she Never did then she texted like 2 weeks later saying she no longer has it that it was first come first serve in which I told her that I was the first one that applied for it so what happened and NEVER got a reply. I later tapped out on that and tried for a bedding set and still NOTHING!! Horrible service HORRIBLE!!
Good experience. Filled out paperwork online and picked up in store. The manager, Hugo, and his assistant were very personable and good at what they do.
Spoke to an amazing sales rep named JESSE… he took the time to truly listen to my requests. I am currently looking for an apartment size washer and dryer and An office desk and he took the time to check the inventory. Unfortunately we discovered that RAC doesn’t have them nor do they carry them. Please recognize JESSE for their amazing customer service!! Thank you Jesse!!
The new girl is tude and does not have any kind of customer service at all
First, the store on E. March never return phone calls from messages left on voice mail or assurances from the manager. I was supposed to receive a washer and dryer on Thursday, then Wednesday, then Thursday again, but no show. Manager and a female associate lied about calling references, spoke poorly of a longtime friend of 40 years and lied about not contacting her. It's obvious these people working at this store are incompetent and lie to cover up their incompetence. My situation mirrored others who complained about the service at this store. I've already spoken to corporate and hope they put in people who know what they're doing.
Love the dining set and mirror the delivery was great! Excellent customer service!
