Staff is very friendly and always helpful. I have furnished my whole house from them. There product's are good quality. I still use them and always will.

Yeahhh…beware of the new store manager..Brittany! Or whatever her name is! Rude, irrant and indifferent to say the least. Customer service skills was lost while on the phone with her. She didn’t care to hear what I had to say..and talked over me like I was a child. She yapped all about the late payments and threated to end my contract and blah blah. If she would just have heard me out, she could have gotten a full understanding. It’s one thing if being money hungry and etc but heartless and gotta be right attitude is where I draw the line. I have had 6 accounts with the corporation and this was my first time having an issue with any manager. Mind you I have paid all my stuff off in the first 6mths! So whatever she came from..she could have stayed! I returned the product and will try with another store. Called corporate and they handled the situation.

I think it’s great!! There are so nice they help u out!! And most of the are not that expensive and they can take it to ur house whenever they aren’t closed but I think it’s cool the couches look cool and comfy so I think It deserves 5 stars⭐️

Don't ever rent from here, I work in a factory I'm pregnant and today I come home to my house being destroyed because they broke into and took there stuff while I was at work instead of being good and decent people and reaching out and saying we will be by at a certain time to get our stuff so I could have it ready! No they wanted to be rude and now after a long day at work I have to clean my entire house because it looks like cops came in and radided my home while I was work, that's how they left it! Employees are RUDE! Everything I called to make a payment or to catch they were always very RUDE
