Janice was absolutely amazing ! Our washer and dryer lived a long life but we could tell we needed to replace them asap, my wife and i put in for a new set and literally within the next 24 hours my wife was able to get everything verified with Janice and set up delivery, which was done 48 hours after originally applying! literally never had a process so easy. they also moved our old units into our garage for us. thanks again! - the gadsdens

I have read nothing but negative comments based on Rent-A-Center in New London, but I have not had that experience. I have had the best experience ever. Ever since I started getting my stuff at Rent-A-Center I have been dealing with Jose. He amazing know how to make ppl feeling important and if I miss a payment he know how to help me out. Jose is always very friendly I will continue to purchase my stuff from rent a center. I just wish I had gotten my daughter bed from there cause Aaron is doing nothing but harass me on my payments. I highly recommend Rent-A-Center in New london asked for Jose.

Overall the place is pretty confined and could look a little cleaner. That's why I gave it four stars. However the customer service is pretty swell and they really do work with you on payments if you need to be a little late. Very friendly as they should be. And knowledgeable about their products.
