Was sold a used ps5 with the understanding that it was in good working condition and now we only have 2 payments left on it and it quite connecting to the Internet when we took it in for them to exchange it all of a sudden it was infested with roaches even though we have never had roaches so now there refusing to exchange it or even take back position of it and said if we don't finish paying it off then they will take us to court. This is completely understand acceptable up until this point we've never had a single problem with them and we have also paid several things off from them and always paid payments on time. We don't have the money to go and buy a new or even used ps5 so we have absolutely no idea what we're going to do and rent a center has made us feel like horrible people because there now treating us terribly like we're trying to get something over on them
Very poor communication among employees called 2 weeks ago Johnathan to fix my washer and dryer and provided model numbers to both got told I would hear from a specialist and 1 week went by hadn't heard from anyone called back he didn't know why I hadn't heard from them resubmitted ticket another week passed and I reached back out he said let's just get you loaners in scheduled a date and when received the product only the washer was replaced when both washer and dryer was supposed to be replaced called back again and hd told him with my work schedule its hard for me to be there he said we can set it up for 5:30 tomorrow and at 4:45 My children were calling because someone at the age of 18 was to be present when calling Rent a center today to see why there is so much miscommunication PATRICK very rude and unprofessional there was nothing noted in our account after Johnathan said he did note our account and then proceeded to tell me he saw the ticket and it said 5:30 and doesn't understand why they brought it early and then proceeded to ask me So how can i help you Now ? Seriously im calling because the lack of professionalism and communication in your office is unreal
Fast, easy, workers were great and one of them noticed that I was wearing a shirt that meatcanyon wore in a video and we talked for 10 minutes about how awesome and funny he is so that automatically makes the place great!
Only think i did not like is their opening time is 10:00. I like to go early and get home.

Tried to pay on my rental told me I couldn't! And they wanted merchandise back. Such bs!
Very disappointed I have been customer with them for years this last service I had was the worse service ever Patrick was really rude to his coworker told him everything was on him and to sweat it out and figure it out on his own. So this will be my last contract with Danville Ky RAC
