I’m new to town and I was looking for something to surprise my husband with whole new gaming equipment at a affordable price and the staff there at the Georgetown store are very friendly and welcoming answering all my questions about my gaming equipment also offered to install the gaming unit over the phone assistance. Please continue to provide excellent service amazing job to the RAC team

Absolutely amazing service and attention by Greg when I called late in the day on a Saturday wanting a recliner delivered immediately for my ailing 87 year old mom. We had it within an hour and Mom is comfortable for vacation. Excellent service is so rare in 2023, so our appreciation is immense! Thank you, Greg!!

I’ve been with the Georgetown location for at least 7 years! However I WILL NEVER deal with rent a center again! My due date jumped from a Saturday to a Thursday? I wasn’t able to pay Thursday and by Saturday sometime they showed up at my door with some kinda reminder flyer! There management is unprofessional! Something isn’t right with this store! When my stuff is paid off I’m done! Showing up at my door? Really for being 2 days late!!!

They went down hill since MILFORD took over we filed a claim on our washer over 3 months ago still no washer, it’s now a franchise store so be careful.. We ended up paying for a washer and they are requesting more money..
