Very poor I tried to get an order going for 3 weeks they kept putting it off at the store even the store manager finally got it through paid two payments on my couch which was stained and never delivered they were charging me way to much they called me to tell me my couch was out for delivery i left work early called the sales manager asked for them to call me when they got close never did I lost a half a day of work for them to never show up when I called to find out where they were they told me I wasn’t approved they couldn’t deliver it which they new about that morning but still led me on to believe it was coming very poor communication in that store along with customer service I would not recommend this rent a center at all very shady and very shitty no one knows how to do there job properly there I went to Aaron’s which I highly recommend they got me into a whole living room suit brand new cheaper then that used stained couch from rent a center

They were extremely professional and kind, and even worked with me on pay. Fast delivery. I Got my washer and dryer the next day after I talked to someone. The delivery people were even professional and answered any questions I had. 100% recommend.

We absolutely love rent a center and the crew in Uniontown PA. (McClellan road)! We now own our washer and dryer from here and are only weeks away from owning our king mattresses & frame and currently are paying towards a sectional couch. Even though the payments overall may be end up a little more than buying these items at once full price, rent a center is a great option for those who need to break up payments into smaller amounts. The employees are very personable and want to help you if you are having any troubles with a few payments here and there. To sum up: A great option to rent to own if you are in need of big ticket items but just aren’t able to at the time! Good quality products too!

Very helpful but extremely pricey!! If you buy something from here, make sure you pay it off in 6 months or pay 100 percent interest on your item
