Katie is a horrible human being. I called two weeks ago to get a washer replaced that wasn’t working properly even though it was brand new. When I called back they never bothered reaching back out to me about the replacements and when I told them she started making up excuses as to why no one could keep in touch. She gave me an attitude and started yelling and hung up . Very unprofessional and does not keep their promises to their customers . I will be reporting to corporate snd BBB . No one should be getting treated like crap a that’s exactly how this place treats their customers .

I highly recommend THIS store because the lady in the office that answered the phone was very respectful and helpful she helped me get my bedroom set and with a mattress order for cheaper

I bought a stove a refrigerator washer&dryer and a bedroom suit a laptop and a mirror along with a sectional and my tires from rent a center which was the biggest mistake and if I could give 0 stars I definitely would my son was a premature baby and he has had a lot of health issues and back in September of this year my son was hospitalized and they ended up putting an ng tube in and genie kept calling my girlfriend and wanting payment when she called we told her what was going on and she said how much can you pay and we told her and she said let me figure something out and I’ll call you back and she never did so we eventually got fed up with it so we went to a better place and we absolutely love them and would recommend this new place over rent a center any day so when the new place delivered the new stuff we called rent a center and told them to come get there stuff and to this day we love our new stuff from the new place they are absolutely amazing and definitely helpful and understanding not to mention when I came home today I found the picture that you see so I would definitely avoid rent a center at all costs if possible.
