FRAUDULENT LOCATION. I cancelled my order within 24 hours of placing it (the representative Chanel was very suspicious asking for additional information although I was already approved). I was told on three occasions that my order was cancelled and that I would be refunded (even by the “store manager”). However they have refused to cancel the order and proceeded to charge me twice for furniture I never received. I will be reporting this location for fraud and escalating to the highest level.

This is the worst Rent-A-Center location ever the worst customer service very unprofessional. They are con artist, and I want a full refund immediately for lack of professionalism and having me sign a contract, taking my husband‘s money and then on the day of delivering one couch an hour before I’m required to provide more income from my husband who’s not even a cosigner on my application. These things should’ve been stated at the time of purchase. I’ve been waiting all weekend for a couch and now I’m not getting furniture and you have to wait 7 to 10 days to get the money back. That is unacceptable.
