10/10 Rent-A-Center on MLK has been great to me and my family! Khadijah always answer the phone when I called professional make sure I have everything I need when I just came today. Her and a young lady had welcomed me in and I actually forgot the young lady name, but I took a picture she gave me Christmas toys for my kids so you guys see it on your website soon. Delivery guys are great also. Let me not forget they also work with you. Happy Holidays!

The store on Martin Luther King Blvd by far the most unprofessional, and rudest customer service representatives I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Granted, my payment is due every week, however, to call me every morning back to back on my payment date was absurd, annoying, and borderline harassing. I even had to call corporate on them before because of the way an associate dealt with me. Thankfully, I use my last bit of change to get out of this contract with an early purchase, just do not have to deal with this specific store anymore. Rent-A-Center does come in handy for people starting fresh, however, if you choose to use Rent-A-Center, do not use the store on Martin Luther King in Atlanta, Georgia. You will not be happy throughout your contract time, and the customer service is just terrible. Not to mention, they even changed management in the middle of my contract time, and the people that they hired didn’t seem to be any better. I love my couch set, but I would’ve paid full price at a storefront to avoid the experience I had with them

I love Rent A Center this is a great place that allows you to borrow items such as Furniture, TV’s etc while giving you a chance to pay the items back monthly n also helps build credit great place!!

It’s ok. When I go into location the associates are not very welcoming. Look at you like you crazy. Also miss a payment the day OF and RAC is calling NONSTOP BACK TO BACK AND WILL POP UP AT YOUR HOUSE UNINVITED!!!! I also have a 2 piece night stand that came with my king size bed. The same day it was delivered, the legs broke off right out the wood because upon inspection noticed they where put on wrong to begin with. I have insurance on them and asked for another pair and the guy just came out and rigged them back on and they are still broke off till this day and I have not received another. I am still making payments on it. And lastly, when they came to move them into my freshly renovated apartment, soon as he entered the bed inside the door, took a HUGE CHUNK out of the side of my WALL exposing the metal lining underneath. It is so ugly!!! Did not fix! So if your going to harass someone please MAKE SURE your end is 100% in good standing yourself. Thanks.
