This is the worst experience I have had while leasing anything I came in for a washer and dryer was approved. Got set a delivery date and the delivery was horrible. The drivers arrived late and did not install my washer and dryer. They made every excuse not to even bring it in the house just simply came in and looked and said it wouldn’t fit without even bringing it in or having any proper measuring utensils . I was supposed to come in for a refund and When I arrived the same delivery drivers was now working the front desk I was told that they had no cash so they couldn’t refund me and that they will be giving me a call which is so unprofessional and a big inconvenience. I would not recommend that anyone go to the Campbellton Road location they are very unprofessional

The store schedule my delivery after taking my money. Then tells me I need to make an additional payment before delivery can be carried out. No communication. Unprofessional staff.

From the ordering online process to scheduling the delivery and receiving delivery service provided was awesome. The delivery guys Major and I think Devonte was professional, careful, kind, detailed and prompt with the delivery process I was pleased.

I got a mattress set out up. It was not balanced correctly. Call the store told me some one would come fix it. That was 3 days ago, know one came. I recommend that no one should get a bed set. Customer service is false information. Either they fix my set or I'm giving products back
