The management here seems to be unexisting. I have been trying to transfer my service over to another store and everyday I call they say there is no manager available to assist me. They were only nice when making a sales and even then it took them so long to finalize everything, they are very poorly trained and can literally not assist you with anything because they are unknowledgeable

One of the managers was really rude, almost all the time I went. It was the same with her employees. Really bad environment.

I've never been more put off spending money somewhere than here. Having a sales person right at you no further that 4 feet from you the entire time isn't conducive toawrds making sales. I don't think he ever even blinked!
