Why they charged me more money when I wasn’t late for my weekly payment?

So i never really had an issue with them before about late payments. My pay periods do not fall on payment weeks so i started paying every two weeks. This has NEVER been an issue before until today. I understand that i signed a contract stating i will pay “X” amount on “XX” days so i am aware of my responsibilities. However, things come up. Emergencies are emergencies for a reason. When i spoke to the store assistant manager he wasn’t friendly what’s so ever. I let him know that i spoke with a young lady named Jessena last week who confirmed it was ok to pay next week two payments. He stated if i couldn’t pay by Friday they would have to pick up the product. It is unfair that i have always paid my bill (although it’s been late before) but get threatened to have my items picked up when it was an error on the employee and not the customer. I am not sure if they are under new management but if so this is horrible customer service. Thank you.

I been a customer for many years now. And they have all been like family, Iliana, George, Jorman, they are such a great team. The store is always clean and inviting with all her cute decorations that I want to steal sometimes lol. As soon as you walk in I am always greated with a smile. And always leave with a smile. I being a customer at the one in 114 Plaza,Liliana is the manager and Jorge her assistance,I higher recomended,they are very professional and very friendly,the store smells very good and is all ways very nice decorated it by Liliana. She is such a great person to make sure her customers are all ways happy. I do recomended it 100% Thank you to Liliana,Jorge,and Flaco.. Luz
