Incompetent and liars. I will be filing a BBB complainy. Rented a washer and scheduled delivery only to have them call saying they weren't going to be able to deliver and could I reschedule for after the Weekend. I explained that I would have to miss work to do that so I needed them to guarantee it would arrive which they assured me of, only to have them not show up. They then call me 30 minutes after the delivery time had elapsed to ask me if we could reschedule for the following day. I again explained to them that I had to miss work in order to be there. They again assured me this time they would be there(they weren't).When I called to find out what had happened was told by Gavin that he had forgot to put it on the schedule and an that I would have to wait till Wednesday and again have to miss work. Didn't take them but a few minutes to take my money but it's taking them over a week to deliver the product I am paying for and deprived me of 3 days wages.

Very poor customer service. Not willing to work with loyal customers when they need help. Trying to work with them on an AC unit and they want a full payment for a laptop that we returned. There are 2 babies by the way. Offered to pay as much as I could and then was told inhave to have payment by Monday but still charging me for products I returned. Also, demanding that they come in my home. After inrepeadly told them no. They products would be returned that evening.

Mr. Wayne and Ms. Amy are awesome. They have always been so kind to ourselves and our child. I needed a washer and dryer Mr. Wayne made sure I got a matching pair instead of mix matched like I asked for. Kyle went above and beyond to help us get the extra firm mattress set we needed for my husband who recently had a complete shoulder reconstruction. The delivery guys have been very respectful and helpful each time they have came out. Would highly recommend this store.

I am a new customer, but I feel like I have known Wayne and Amy for years. I Love this store. I love the air conditioner I am purchasing and I have my eye on several other purchases I will be making in the future. Thank you both, Wayne and Amy for making my experience so personal and such a positive interaction. It is refreshing to feel like the most important person in the world when you walk in the door. They make you feel welcome that's for sure.

Wayne & Amy are amazing people. My husband & I have been dealing with Rent A Center on & off for awhile now and we have not had any complaints. If there is a problem Wayne or Amy will jump right on it so your problem will be fixed. They both are always pleasant when you walk into the store. If they don’t have want you want specifically just let one of them know & they will do their best to get what you are wanting. Steven & Kyle are the delivery guys, they are awesome also.
