Where to start? First they gave us the wrong stove, claiming my wife ordered the raised top stove, when she ordered the FLAT TOP stove online ( got receipts to prove it ). They delivered the raised top stove, trying to charge MORE than what was agreed on with the flat top stove. The delivery guy was cool, but when he called the mistake in, the manager claimed that they didn't have the flat top in stock atm ( so which one is it manager? Did she mistakenly order the raised top like you ORIGINALLY claimed, or did YOU make an oopsies 🤭 & just got caught on it, so trying to fix your mess claiming it wasn't in stock? ) because the delivery guy had you on speaker & you said YOURSELF that when my wife ORIGINALLY ordered it, YOU had to "fix it" & change the order to a raise top!! WITHOUT MY WIFE KNOWING YOU DID IT!!! Then you wanna charge MORE?? When we went to cancel it, we went through hoops to cancel everything. Now my wife has to come in store to get the refund??? Do yall not understand how to just refund the card used to originally pay for it or something? It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out refunds. You only want to try bring people in to the store for "their refund" to try haggle them into a different deal ( not hard to figure out THAT strategy 🤔 ) Moral of the story: DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS RENT-A-CENTER!!! Save yourself time, money & a HEADACHE!!
I called them to ask if I could pay my bill I was told I did not owe anything I was done with my payments for my item then they don’t even attempt to call me they show up at to my house when i was not present and made me look like a fool
Tried telling me my account was 9 days past due remind y’all my last phone bill was September 24th and we paid it on the 30th of September.. then it was due on the 7th, make that make sense because that’s not even 14 days. My account is 6 day past due not 9, and this is exactly what they did when the worker “nick” said that they’d have to receive payment before the could process a “promised pay” DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! Nick is a joke, disrespectful, and everything. Will call you constantly while you are currently at work, called my phone 4 times before I responded and did not give me a chance to explain why I did not answer the other 3 times. Very disrespectful and will not be coming back here. Like I said do not purchase/ rent from them!

Will never get something here again, also very rude person on the phone that said “I’m not gonna argue with u” and hung up on my dad. All over wanting to getting my money back for a couch I never got bc I decided to cancel due to finding a cheaper couch. The guy said I can’t get my money back until the couch gets delivered to the store and said it will take 2-8 weeks!! Will make sure to never refer anyone to this company. Best bet is Aaron’s or rent to own!
