Lost for words writing this I usually don’t even write reviews this rent acenter Is so unprofessional I’m gonna be honest my payment was late by a week I switched bank accounts I keep my phone on dnd I work 3rd shift .. I guess they came to pick up the items left me a voice message saying we said the eviction notice on your door? My thing is how would you know it was an eviction notice unless you read my mail or you assumed that is disgusting behavior wouldn’t recommend this rent a center made me feel super uncomfortable

Amazing customer service. So great that I continue to rent from this store even though I moved 40 minutes away. Just pay your bill on time and communicate.

A spare of moment need for "updated electronics" on a Saturday, I called the local store in Battle Creek regarding in store notepad/laptop there. (I had thoughts few days back purchasing slightly inexpensive model but all local electronics; sold out). Mary took my phone call and greeted me within store. She wrapped me up within an hour of arrival. She was pleasant and I was comfortable there as social distance was practice and we both were masks. The store going in and within was clean, organized by type appliance, sofa sets, bedroom furniture including a bunk bed setup. Thank you Mary for helping me and Thank you Rent-A-Center for a pleasurable transaction.
