Jeremiah Boiling, on capital rd in Battle Creek mi made my first experience so bad I dont/ didn’t want nothing from them ever. Came for a PS5 for my son’s bday w my fiance. And the weirdo looked my fiance up on fb stalking her because I used her as a consignment on my application but not at mine ever. So when confronted about it he insisted he had no idea what I was talking about, made everybody in the store uncomfortable to the point they all left because of how I was questioning his weird behavior and still had no excuse. Just confused on what I was talking about even after being shown proof. So If yu want to feel harassed and made uncomfortable this is the store for you !

I Love Rent a Center been using them for years and Colten is AMAZING FOR REAL !! He’s handled almost all my business over the years and He even knows my taste in furniture Lol, I stopped in today and was looking for new furniture and he said look at this one and guess what I Got ? Yep that one !! And then got a Tv and stand to !! Don’t mess around with others go to Northeast Capital and ask for Colten Tell him Laura Aranguren sent you !!

I Love Rent a Center been using them for years and Colten is AMAZING FOR REAL !! He’s handled almost all my business over the years and He even knows my taste in furniture Lol, I stopped in today and was looking for new furniture and he said look at this one and guess what I Got ? This rent a center is great, they are always nice when I call and customer oriented. Ive owned 3 things now from them. The payments are easy to make and low prices a week or whenever you get paid they will work with you and they have a few options to own. I love renting from them.

So I just went in there and a guy with blue flame tattoos on his arm was very unfriendly, I was trying to rent a TV due to mine breaking and basically was like welll you need to fill out a form online to which I asked “can I just fill it out in here?” And he was standoffish and like “I guess you can” Extremely unprofessional and rude ; I hope the right person sees this and understands that he should not be in that store by himself if he’s gonna treat people poorly the way he did me and my family. He seemed as if he wanted to rush us out of the store and we were literally the only ones in there. Terrible customer service skills my guy.
