Very unprofessional and rude. Called about my couch & she was so hateful. She hung up on me when I was in mid sentence. I will never do business with them ever again. Update: so we get a washing machine and dryer from them. The people who delivered it, broke the washing machine and now it leaks. Brand new washing machine. Did my first load on it and it leaks. They send 2 ladies who have absolutely NO idea what they are doing. None. They said all we can do is look at it with our phone light. Really?! This place is the absolute worst and I will never buy from this place again. Y’all have lost a great customer. Because we needed so much for our house. Could have had so many sales. But oh well.

I went to the Rent-A-Center on Big Spring St. in Midland this past Saturday at 5 PM to purchase a PS5. The first lady who helped me was kind, but when she asked for assistance, the woman sitting in the back made it clear she was annoyed and didn’t want to help. I told her I was already approved, and she rudely said I still needed to upload a pay stub and a piece of mail with my address on it. I asked exactly where to upload the documents, and all she said was “on the website,” with no link, no guidance—nothing. I couldn’t even find where to upload anything. It was obvious she didn’t care and didn’t want to help. So I walked out and decided I’ll never do business with Rent-A-Center again. This was my first and definitely my last time. They seemed more focused on selling a TV for $200 cash than helping a real customer.

I been customer here for a while now and I never had any issues with them, especially the lady Desiree , she always help me out on to get a good deal and explain me everything on the spot , great customer service, thank you Desiree

They were great made my application online went and picked it up. Didn’t have to sign. Nothing just picked it up and walked out.
