Couch came in broken. I was told I would have a replacement part within 5-7 days. It’s now been 3 weeks. 2 days after delivery they called and threatened to repo my couch because a payment was due. I had the couch 2 days.

They will never have my business again! Went in to buy a new stove. Picked one out and started filling out the paperwork only to find out they won’t sell to me because of where I live. The sales associate said it was because we were outside their delivery range (but we were going to take it home so they wouldn’t have to deliver) and then said that they had a previous customer from the same town I live in rent from them and fell back on his payments and they had a hard time locating him so now they just don’t rent to anyone in my area. But they will deliver to a town that is only about 12 miles north of me and almost the same distance from their store. And this all came from the district manager. Never again.

Don't dare be a single day late with these people. They will harass you nonstop and don't care at all what you're going through. And if harassing you doesn't work then they'll try badgering you into a payment. It's not like this is the only bill someone has, they're ridiculous.

So far everything is good. The guys r great, nice and very much understanding they. Work with me and no Life sometimes gets in the way yes there r times where I was late and times I'm on time paying my payment either way they're always polite ,nice and very much appreciate it so thank you
