Ray always gives great customer service & that is the main reason you have my business because I can get a cheaper set up through Aaron's but their customer service lacks a lot to be desired.

Uncomfortable and disappointing service. I was charged an extra 6 dollars every week. When I was late I was told they would waive fee, but they did not. They showed up at my house when I was a week late because I got a new number, yes my fault, but i pay online everytime even if a little late. This is all for a bed owed less than a thousand. People like myself that thought this would be a nice, stress free thing, it was not. I can't wait to pay this off.

I called Tuesday (05/24/2022) to see if they had a washer since mine hit the fan, sadly they didn’t, but the lady said she would call the other stores in the district to see if they had one. She called me back about 2-3 hours later letting me know she had found one and could have it delivered on Saturday. The delivery crew is friendly and helpful, they are always willing to help. I had a washer delivered today (05/28/2022) and the gentleman helped get the old washer outside so my husband and I could load it up in the truck. My husband and I have 95% of our furniture/appliances from here. We recently hit really rough patch due to his former employer and everyone at the store was very understanding and helpful, as long as we communicated what was going on they were willing to help. We definitely will be back to get our new bedroom set and a new dryer when the time comes. Thank you all for being so helpful and understanding!

I’ve been with this RAC over two years and they are always helpful and work with you if something happens. Carol’s goes above and beyond for his clients. Also Cara is super helpful and sweet! I would recommend anyone to come here!
