Terrible customer service from one of the managers. Tried to tell us something different than the actual promotion going to make us pay more money. Was rude with my wife and lacked all the knowledge of current promotions even though he was telling me to call the store for info about said promotion. We contacted another store that was actually knowledgeable and told us the correct info and even got us a cheaper deal! Hopefully his lack of customer service and people skills isn’t a reflection of his entire crew or the company as a whole.

I wouldn’t recommend no one to rent a center! One of their employees says they wouldn’t be there long cause of the way they do folks!

The sales associate Tamara is wonderful.She helped me the whole time with my order.She was very polite and knowledgeable and I would recommend anyone to shop at this store in Ahoskie NC.

Horrible customer service, they had one excuse after another for not delivering when they said. Then said they would only credit me for one week after someone told me they would give me 2 weeks. Then called and said maybe I should go somewhere else since I wasn't happy and weren't going to deliver my stuff. Never use them
