The worst experience ever, customer service was horrible from the start they were rude from the beginning, never delivered my order, never called me after I placed the order to schedule delivery, I had to call them twice just to get the run around then they had the audacity to delete my account after having me drive down there just to show them my ID for nothing. Unreal and I'm not the only one that has been treated like trash for no reason. Went to Aaron's instead and was a good experience from the start and seamless. I will be writing to corporate about my experience as well because no one should be treated this way for absolutely no reason at all. I'd rate a negative star review if it was possible.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. The manager of this location is extremely unprofessional and rude. He harassed me every month on the due date of my payment without even giving the opportunity to be late. When you call him out on it, he belittles you and tells you that your payments aren’t adequate enough to deserve basic common decency and respect. They build their business off the backs of the struggling and then spit it in your face that you are struggling. So happy I paid my appliance off early so that I will never have to deal with such horrible treatment from this poorly run team ever again. And don’t bother calling the district manager either, they will take your money but won’t give one phone call to even apologize for their unprofessional crew. This store manager and his team think they are some sort of loan sharks for a crime syndicate and that’s how they are trying to run this business. I could go on and on. Stay far away from this place if you value your peace and dignity!!!

I never used RAC before so I thought I'd check it out. I didn't know they had A/C's and tools and stuff which is awesome, So I started an order for an item and I never completed it as I was still shopping around, nor did I even sign a contract either and all of a sudden I get emails informing me about a payment due, next thing I know is it actually tried to charge my account! So now I'm sketched out and am fighting with RAC to remove my info and stop charging me!! Sadly my rate went from 5 star to 1 star overnight ...

Worst experience of my life! I would not recommend this location! They lie, talk down to customers and completely lack any customer service skills!! For deliveries they give you one day and time, dont show up then blame you because you have to reschedule to go to work AFTER they didnt come! We are 3 weeks + into this agreement and my delivery was just made! No set up, barely brought it into my back door and did not provide anything to install it myself! When I complained the manager threatened to cancel my contract and keep my payments!

These guys are the best. Totally nice and friendly.They seem to really care if you're happy. They work with you, are polite and understanding and caring. All businesses should be like RAC on Elizabeth St. In Pueblo. I've never dealt with better business people when it comes to my comfort.
